Free shipping on all US orders. At this time we do not ship internationally.
You will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date once your order ships.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, please include the original invoice, and it must also be in the original packaging.
We are not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package. You are also welcome to use the shipping method of your choice.
No exchange or refund on sale items unless product is faulty.

Please include in your email the original order number & the items you are requesting to return.
Refund PolicyOnce your item/s are received and inspected, you will receive an email notification when we process your return. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed.
There are certain situations where refunds are granted.
1. The item you received was damaged, defective, or substantially different from the item represented on the detail page.
2. The incorrect item was received in terms of color, size, or model (please provide proof).
3. The estimated delivery time of the order has expired
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
